What’s new with the Prime Mover 2.0.2 release?
Enables turbo mode by default
Prime Mover 2.0.2 enables speed-up mode for export and restore with the following exceptions:
- If you are using Cloudflare and Flywheel hosting.
For the rest of the sites and configurations (including localhost), you should save much time during export and restore since Prime Mover now runs significantly faster than older versions. All you need to do is update to Prime Mover 2.0.2, and you should immediately get the speed boost. No settings are required as this is computed automatically.
Cloudflare-based sites and Flywheel hosting were originally tested to have some issues with speed boost because they rapidly throttle requests due to some server security / WAF controls/server requests controls. This is why they are not enabled by default. As a result, export or restore might not be complete because of these controls. But you can still manually enable turbo mode by checking into this tutorial, and turbo mode will be forced in these situations.
This adjustment is enabled for both FREE and PRO version users.
New feature: Non-user ID column automatic adjustment
Finally, this feature completes the fixes of all possible issues relating to user ID adjustment in sites using plugins with a non-user_id columns. As long as you defined this before exporting sites, you can ensure these cases are handled correctly at the import end.
